At Heartbeats CPR Train, we empower individuals and organizations to save lives through expert CPR training. Companies can easily request on-site training for their staff, or they can choose to visit our facility for hands-on instruction. Our mission is to ensure that everyone is equipped with crucial life-saving skills, fostering a safer community.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a class or training session with HeartBeats CPR Training, you agree to the following terms: Payment & Certification: All participant invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving certification. Certification will not be issued until payment is complete and verified. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling: Any refund, cancellation, or reschedule request will incur a minimum fee of 15% and up to 50%, depending on timing and circumstances. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to be considered. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations. On-Site Training: We offer on-site training for businesses, churches, schools, and organizations. Travel fees may apply and will be included in your invoice.
